The new Adams Consulting Engineers website matches the scale of the business behind it. After three decades of growth, a national team and an ever-expanding project list, Adams finally has a site that carries the same authority their engineering does.
Adams Consulting Engineers has come a long way since it started in Melbourne in 1991. What began as a small structural and civil team has grown into one of Australia’s leading engineering consultancies, with offices across Melbourne, Sydney, Geelong, Ballarat and Brisbane, a team of more than 70, and projects spanning residential, commercial, retail and health.
Their website hadn’t kept pace with that growth. It still presented Adams as a smaller, single-discipline firm, underselling the size of the team, the breadth of structural and civil expertise, and the calibre of work now moving through the studio.
For a consultancy that wins work on reputation, trust and technical authority, that gap mattered. The site was working against the brand in two of the places it counts most: convincing prospective clients that Adams can handle major projects, and attracting the engineers and graduates the firm is actively growing its team with.
We partnered with Adams on a complete website rebuild, designed to reflect the firm as it is today rather than where it was a decade ago.
The new site gives each part of the business room to breathe. Structural and civil services are clearly separated and explained, the project showcase puts the scale and complexity of recent work front and centre, and the team, values and national footprint are presented with the confidence of an established leader. The careers section now does real work too, selling life at Adams to the talent the firm wants to attract.
The visual identity was lifted to feel modern, considered and unmistakably professional, reinforcing the expertise clients and candidates experience in person.
Most importantly, the platform is built to grow. New projects, team members and offices can be added as Adams continues to expand, so the site keeps pace with the business instead of falling behind it again.
