Moca Construction specialises in facility maintenance, insurance restoration and NDIS work across Melbourne. When the business moved on from home building, we rebuilt the website to reflect their new direction and the clients they now serve.

About the project

Moca Construction has changed shape since their first website. What started as a home building business is now a facility maintenance specialist, and the new site reflects exactly who they are today: a trusted partner for facility maintenance, insurance restoration and NDIS work.

The Problem

Moca Construction started life as a home builder, and their first website, which we built for them back then, did its job well. But the business has since taken a deliberate turn.

Christian made the call to niche down, stepping back from building new homes to focus on three specialised service lines: facility maintenance, insurance restoration and repair, and NDIS work. It’s a smarter, more sustainable model, built on ongoing relationships rather than one-off builds.

The trouble was, the old website still told the home-builder story. It positioned Moca for work they no longer wanted and said nothing about the specialised services that now sit at the heart of the business. Anyone landing on the site, an insurer looking for a preferred repairer, a facility manager needing a reliable contractor, or an NDIS participant after home modifications, wouldn’t have found what they were looking for. The website had to catch up with the business model.

The Answer

Moca Construction needed a website that matched their new direction, making it immediately clear who they help and how.

The new site is built around the three service lines that now define the business. Facility maintenance, insurance restoration and repair, and NDIS work each have their own clear space, so every type of visitor can quickly see that Moca is the right fit and understand exactly what’s involved. The messaging speaks to the audiences that matter now: insurers and their clients, facility and property managers, and NDIS participants and their support teams.

The result is a site that positions Moca as the specialist they’ve become, not the builder they used to be. It does the work of explaining the shift so Christian doesn’t have to, turning a change in business model into a clear, confident market position.
