It’s Time for a Change

At the very start, Jiffi Web Help was formed to help businesses with their websites, filling in the gap either in time or lack of knowledge. While this is still a part of our focus, Jiffi Web Help has moved to also provide custom web design, search engine optimisation, and Google Ads Management. As we navigated our way through the processes of building stand-out websites we realised our Jiffi brand wasn’t quite right for who we are and what we do.

Branding for any business is hugely important. You can have a great business concept, products, or good services but if that business isn’t packaged up and branded in the right way then its performance will be a bit hit-and-miss and won’t effectively reach its target market.

While the Jiffi brand works well for website support it didn't reflect the high-quality web design company that we have become. Out of this realisation, we’ve been testing a new brand: LOOP Web Design. The new brand reflects and incorporates more of who we are and what we do for our clients and has a more defined targeted audience. Since testing the new branded website, the response has been nothing short of remarkable, with a staggering 200% increase in customer engagement compared to the Jiffi brand.

Having witnessed the success of our own testing, we are delighted to share that we have transitioned from Jiffi Web Help to Loop Web Design. Be reassured though that you’ll still experience the same professional advice and website help as you did before but now, we have a stronger brand and presence in a competitive market for business website designs.

Throughout this process we have learnt a lot about about branding. These new insights strengthen our ability to assist our clients to be seen by the right people, in the right market, in a busy and competitive space. We are all about getting your brand right for a strong online presence that gets you found by the customers that convert into sales.
